● Plant CCTV · PPE & OEE

Existing cameras, writing the job card.PPE, restricted bays, and micro-stops.

CCTV AI connects to the RTSP and ONVIF cameras already on site. PPE events, bay access, cycle time, and micro-stops post to the eManage job card without a new cable run.

eManage CCTV AI attaches to existing RTSP and ONVIF cameras. Edge networks audit PPE, measure cycle times, flag unrecorded micro-stops, and push OEE and operator records into ERP job cards without replacing the NVR.

The problem

Footage is evidence. It is not a supervisor.

Plants review cameras after an incident. PLC OEE misses the 40-second yarn clear. PPE drifts between walk-rounds.

Too late

After-the-fact

NVRs store video. They do not measure takt unless someone sits there.

Hidden

Micro-stops

15s–3m interruptions look like ‘running’ to the PLC. Vision sees the operator stop.

Gaps

Spot audits

A packing bay and a chemical store do not share a kit. Rounds cannot cover both every minute.

Demo clips

Watch it run

Weighbridge · driver off the deck

Weighment is allowed only once the driver has left the platform. A driver standing on the deck blocks it.

Activity & micro-stops

Operator at one cell, the next unattended and timed. The PLC still calls it ‘running’.

SOP step check

Bearing, gasket, cover, four bolts. Each step ticked from the bench camera, in order.

How it works

01

Map cameras

Line, bay, restricted zone. Same IDs as Shop Floor Control.

02

Tune rules

Helmet, vest, shoes, glasses, gloves, ear kit — per zone, with EHS.

03

Infer on the LAN

Jetson/TensorRT or OpenVINO. Faces can blur. Video need not leave the plant.

04

Write the card

Piece counts, stop reasons, PPE events update the live job card, OEE, and shift log. WhatsApp/email/webhook if you want them.

A camera is a workstation

Each feed is a line or bay in eManage. Yield and PPE thresholds can page a supervisor with a clip attached.

  • Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Uniview, Hanwha, CP Plus, any ONVIF
  • On-prem, cloud gateway, or hybrid multi-site
  • Store-and-forward if WAN drops; LAN dashboard stays up

Questions plants actually ask

If it speaks RTSP or ONVIF (H.264/H.265, typically 2MP), yes. No firmware change, no camera swap.

15–25 cameras can go live within days of RTSP access. Full-plant usually follows a two-week pilot.

Both. Flagship plants stay on the LAN. Satellite sites can use a gateway. One console.

Objects, PPE, motion — not facial identity. Edge can blur faces. On-prem video stays on-prem.

Not for on-prem inference and the LAN dashboard. Sync buffers cover short WAN cuts.
