Textile · existing mill cameras
Mill cameras, writing the record.Weighbridge, godown gate and machine floor.
eManage CCTV AI turns the cameras a textile mill already has into ERP inputs: weighbridge checks, godown access, PPE events and machine idle time, checked by a small box in the mill and posted to eManage.

Recorded, not watched
The cameras record everything. Nobody watches.
Mills have cameras at the gate, the weighbridge and the godown. Footage is pulled only after a shortage or an accident.
Weighbridge
Driver on the platform
Cotton and yarn trucks are weighed with someone still standing on them.
Godown
Unlogged entry
People enter the yarn or fabric godown outside their shift.
Idle frames
Machines left stopped
A stopped frame or line is noticed only on the next round.
Demo clips
Watch it run
Weighbridge check
Weighment is allowed only once the driver has left the platform. A driver standing on the deck blocks it.
How it works
Four moves.One write-back.
- 01
Connect the cameras.
Point CCTV AI at your existing IP cameras. No camera swap.
- 02
Mark the zones.
Weighbridge platform, godown door, machine floor, loading bay.
- 03
Check inside the mill.
Objects, PPE and movement are spotted by a small box on site.
- 04
Post the event.
Each event writes to eManage with a clip, against the gate entry or job card.

Inside eManage ERP
A camera is a workstation.
Each camera feed maps to a line or bay in eManage. When yield or PPE crosses a set limit, the supervisor gets an alert with the clip.
- Works with cameras such as Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Uniview, Hanwha and CP Plus
- On-prem, cloud gateway, or hybrid multi-site
- Data is kept if the internet drops; the plant dashboard keeps working
Questions plantsactually ask.
If they are standard IP cameras, yes. No settings change, no camera swap.
15 to 25 cameras can go live within days of getting camera access. Full-plant usually follows a two-week pilot.
No. It detects objects, PPE and movement, not who a person is. Faces can be blurred, and video recorded in the mill stays in the mill.
Yes. The main mill stays on its own network and other units connect through a small box, all on one console.
