Cameras that check the work.Idle cells, assembly steps, and weighments.

CCTV AI connects to the IP cameras already in the machine shop, assembly bay, and weighbridge. Unattended cells, missed assembly steps, and PPE events post to the eManage job card without a new cable run.

eManage CCTV AI attaches to existing IP cameras in engineering plants. It times unattended CNC cells, ticks assembly steps in order, checks weighments, and posts the events into eManage job cards without replacing the recorder.

The problem

Footage is evidence. It is not a supervisor.

Plants review cameras after a customer rejection. The controller calls an unattended cell running. A missed bolt is found at final inspection.

Too late

After the rejection

Recorders store video. They do not check an assembly step unless someone watches.

Hidden

Unattended cells

A CNC waiting for its operator still looks like running to the controller.

Gaps

Spot audits

One supervisor cannot watch the machine shop, assembly bay, and weighbridge every minute.

Demo clips

Activity & short stops

Operator at one cell, the next unattended and timed. The controller still calls it running.

Assembly step check

Bearing, gasket, cover, four bolts. Each step ticked from the bench camera, in order.

Weighbridge · driver off the deck

Weighment is allowed only once the driver has left the platform.

How it works

Four moves.One write-back.

  1. 01

    Map cameras.

Machine cell, assembly bench, weighbridge, restricted bay. Same IDs as Shop Floor Control.

  2. 02

    Tune rules.

Assembly step order, cell attendance, and PPE per zone.

  3. 03

    Check inside the plant.

Checks run on a small box in the plant. Faces can be blurred. Video need not leave the plant.

  4. 04

    Write the card.

Step results, stop reasons, and PPE events update the live job card, OEE, and shift log.

Inside eManage ERP

A camera is a workstation.

Each feed is a machine, bench, or bay in eManage. A missed step is logged on the job card.

  • Missed assembly steps logged against the job card
  • Unattended time recorded against the machine and shift
  • Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Uniview, Hanwha, CP Plus, any standard IP camera

Questions plantsactually ask.

If they are standard IP cameras, yes. No settings change, no camera swap.

A camera over the bench watches the steps in order, such as bearing, gasket, cover, and four bolts, and flags a step that is skipped or out of order.

15 to 25 cameras can go live within days of getting camera access. Full-plant rollout usually follows a two-week pilot.

No. It detects objects, PPE, and movement, not who a person is. Faces can be blurred, and video recorded in the plant stays in the plant.
